Press Release Body = ANGEL FIRE, New Mexico -October 14, 2006 - WorldSharp Technologies, Inc. today announced the availability of NoteServe 2007, giving users new state of the art processing features for the note and loan servicing software package. The new security and audit features along with Microsoft Sequel Server 2005 support insures that clients using the product will be well positioned for the future and will be able to continue to upgrade to the latest computer hardware and operating software.

The WorldSharp Check Reconciliation System interfaces with NoteServe for issued items and imports electronic statement information from banks for paid item information. Information is ported to the WorldSharp 1099 Item Preparation System so that 1098's and 1099's may can be printed and electronically reported to the IRS. WorldSharp also provides an internet data hosting service to clients of NoteServe so that the client's customers can access their account information via the internet.
Hal Beswick, director of Marketing for NoteServe said that many of the new processing features of NoteServe 2007 make the operation of the system more efficient and make the daily tasks easier to manage. Many fields are populated automatically and transactions appearing in lists and grids are color coded so that specific transactions stand out.
